How much should hiring a freelance Web developer cost? [on hold]
I want to hire a freelancer to build a website for me. My friend told me
he knows someone that owns a web development studio in Ontario, Canada and
they do mainly front-end design. They gave me a quote of $125 / hour. Is
this a good deal?
